Please complete the following information for each person travelling on this event.

Please complete if you have a second traveller attending from your company and you would like to share the hotel room. Click the button next to "Second Traveller Registration". If separate rooms are required, the single pricing applies and an individual registration needs to be completed.

Please complete if you have children attending from your company. You can register online for up to 2 children travelling. If you have more than 2 children, please contact the MICO Trade Edge team.

To book your room, simply click the "Search" button; this will bring up the room type options. Select your preferred room type (eg: 1 x bed or 2 x beds) and click the "Book Room" button. Note, two people travelling from the same company sharing a room (but not the bed!) will need to complete just one registration and select the 'Twin Room' type. If separate rooms are required, the single room pricing applies and individual registrations to be completed.

The dates have been preselected for you over the event dates however should you wish to arrive early, or stay longer, please mention this in the "Extension" area at the end of the registration.

To book your flights, click the button below. The dates and flight numbers have been preselected over the group dates. Please note this flight information is indicative and timings may be subject to change.

If you wish to fly from a domestic point, eg Wellington, Christchurch, Nelson, New Plymouth etc, select the "Other Domestic Point" box and comment where you would like to fly from. A surcharge may apply.

Should you wish to arrive early or extend your time, please still select a group flight & outline preferred dates in the "Extension" area at the end of the registration process. We will be in touch separately with a quote to alter the group flights for you.

Under Health and Safety regulations, we are required to have details for an emergency contact person on file. This must NOT be a person travelling with you.
