• Passport Copies for everyone booking the event 
• Frequent flyer information (if you are a member)
• Dietary & Medical information for everyone booking the event
• Emergency contact/Next of kin information (this must be someone who is not travelling with you)

We have confirmed the following flights with Air New Zealand for travel from New Zealand to Singapore.  Please select your preferred international flight option below. Note that we can adjust your selection to suit any extensions/stopovers you would like to do.

Note:
Group Flights are ex Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.  Travel from other domestic ports will be additional, please note in the section below your preferred domestic departure port and our consultants can provide you with a quote.

Flight Upgrades:
We also have a limited number of Premium Economy & Business class seats available for purchase as an additional cost. These are limited therefore we encourage you to lock it in as soon as possible. A invoice will be issued for your upgrade and payment will be required upon receipt of invoice 

Included in your package cost is group travel insurance provided by Allianz. 

All pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed and a representative from Allianz will contact you directly to discuss your cover.

Under Health and Safety regulations, we are required to have details for an emergency contact person on file.  This must NOT be a person travelling with you.
