Accommodation

The accommodation options include two nights' accommodation, and transfers between the hotel and the event/s. Hotel check-in is from Thursday 5 November 2026 to Saturday 7 November 2026 and includes breakfast for one person (cost is based on single occupancy). Additional nights can be arranged. Please see further details below. 

Note: SH&M have an exclusive buyout of the Hilton from 5-7 November.

Note: requests are actioned on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. For any additional nights' accommodation, we will provide you with a quote and invoice once confirmed, the hotel will then process the booking.

Your credit card information is required to secure your accommodation. Your card will not be charged for your room cost and will be used for incidentals only.

Group Flights - A limited number of seats have been reserved with Air New Zealand and Virgin Australia as part of a group booking at a locked-in rate and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. These flight times coincide with the conference schedule and seats will be allocated as a group block. 

Note: If you would prefer to fly with a different airline, we can also assist you.

Extending Your Stay
If you wish to extend your trip and deviate from the pre-booked group flights, please indicate this in the ‘Flight Extension Request’ box below. Note that additional costs may apply if a fare difference exists between the group flight and your requested flight. The Travel Team will communicate any fare difference for your approval before confirming the booking. All fees associated with extending or changing your flights will be at your own expense.

 

Required Passenger Information

  • Passenger Name: Ensure you enter your full name exactly as it appears on the passport you will be traveling with, including your Title (e.g., Mr/Ms/Dr).
  • Airline Loyalty Programs: If you are a member of an airline loyalty program, please provide your membership details. The Travel Team will apply these details to your booking. 
  • Seating Requests: We will do our best to accommodate specific seating preferences; however, due to the nature of group bookings, exact seating assignments cannot always be guaranteed.

 

Once your flights are selected and your registration is confirmed. The TAG Travel Team will reach out to you with your package cost.

 

Note For Selecting Flights: Please be advised that certain flights consist of two sectors. Upon selecting the first sector, the second sector will appear. Both sectors must be selected to complete your booking.

Terms & Conditions*

So that the TAG Travel Team can process your booking form you are required to agree to the following event Terms & Conditions.

  • Travel & Event bookings - Following submission of this booking form, you will be emailed a confirmation of your travel. If you require any changes, your requests will be reviewed and once processed by the TAG Travel Team, a revised travel confirmation will be emailed to your registered email address.
  • Travel Policy – The Travel Policy is enclosed here. You agree you have read the travel policy for this event and understand that any changes made after your booking is confirmed may incur change fees.
  • Name Changes For Travel Bookings – Depending on the timing of the change request, name change requests must be communicated to SHMconference@tag-group.com no later than 5th October 2026  (one month prior to departure) and will be subject to availability and any additional fees.
  • Name Changes For Event Attendance - To update information across all aspects of your booking, including flights and accommodation, please remember that name changes for the conference tickets must also be processed directly through the Sohn Hearts & Minds team.
  • Change Fees – Any flight itinerary changes after your booking is confirmed will incur change fees and be at your own expense. You agree that all changes that incur charges will be settled by the relevant due date. Change confirmations for travel tickets will not be provided until all charges are settled and the TAG Travel Team reserves the right to cancel changes and apply administration change fees to cover any associated costs if failure to meet payment deadline occurs. 
  • Cancellation – In the event you need to cancel your attendance, please advise SH&M in writing to events@sohnheartsandminds.com.au . All conference tickets and travel bookings are non-refundable should attendance be cancelled for any reason.
  • Travel Insurance – Travel Insurance is not included with your flight ticket. You may wish to consider taking out travel insurance separately.
  • Your Data - TAG Events are committed to protecting the privacy of all personal data you provide us for the purpose of this event travel booking only. We will process your data to facilitate your travel bookings for the Sohn Hearts & Minds 2026 Conference. Your protected data will be shared with other organisations in order to process your registration, such as airline operators, hotel properties and any other transportation suppliers for the event.
  • Valid Passport & Visa - Please ensure that you have checked the relevant entry requirements for New Zealand, and organised any travel documents including your passport and visas (if applicable) for this journey. Passport and visa application processes and any fees associated are the responsibility of the individual and must be valid in order to travel for the event.
